Refund policy

At Arbel, our goal is for you to love your purchase. But we understand that sometimes the piece or the look isn’t exactly what you envisioned. No worries — we’re here to help.

Shipping
All orders generally ship within 24–48 business hours from the time of purchase.
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns
To start a return, please email info@arbelouterwear.com.

A return request must be submitted within 3 days from the day the item was received.
Once approved, the item must be postmarked and scanned by the carrier within 5 calendar days from the day it was received to qualify for a refund, and within 9 calendar days to qualify for an online store credit.

How the return charges work
If you keep at least $150 worth of merchandise from your order, we cover your original shipping.
If you keep less than $150, we charge the following:
• $8 original shipping cost
• $8 return shipping cost
• $2 restocking fee per returned item

These charges are deducted from your refund or store credit.

Any orders returned after 9 days will not be refunded or credited.
Store credits expire one year from the date of issuance.
Your package must have a postal scan or proof of drop-off on the date it is returned to qualify for a refund or credit.

Merchandise must be unworn, in resalable condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund or credit.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your order and place a new one.

Items purchased at 20% off or more are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
